Yes—everyday germ exposure is a normal and important part of development. ScootSuit isn't about eliminating germs entirely—it's about adding protection in high-traffic public spaces like airports, waiting rooms, and restaurants, where surfaces can be especially dirty. Your baby still gets plenty of natural exposure at home and in everyday environments.
Where would I use the ScootSuit?

Is the ScootSuit meant for all-day wear?

What size should I choose?
ScootSuit is designed to fit over everyday clothing. If your baby is between sizes, near the top of a size range, or you’d like extra room to grow, choose the next size up. Available in 6–9M, 9–12M, and 12–15M.
What if my baby puts the hand mitts in their mouth?
It’s normal for babies to explore with their mouths. If your baby brings a covered hand toward their mouth, gently redirect them or fold the mitt cuff back. Once they start crawling, many babies become more interested in exploring than chewing on the mitts. Always use ScootSuit with active adult supervision.

At first I thought this was going to be just another baby product that was useless and just a money grab, but then it got here and I found myself using it every single day!
Trying to tame a crawling baby in public is not for the weak, scoot suit made it so much easier to be able to just let her down on the floor anywhere without thinking twice about it! I highly recommend to get this as soon as your baby starts crawling!

I don't normally leave reviews, initially I hesitant to spend the money and was worried it would be too loose, slippery or my baby wouldn't like his hands covered. Well we love it! I did size up 2 sizes because my baby is tall - there's not as much give in the length, but the material is nice quality and stretchy otherwise but not loose, the grippers on the knees, feet and hands sit in the right spots enabling easy crawling and stability for new crawlers and standers. I love the emerald green color and the carry bag - smart to keep the germs contained in that when not in use. On top of all that the customer service is top notch, I needed a new size and they handled it kindly and quickly. 10/10!
